Things are happening up there in the celestial realms! Can you feel it? Does it sound like others feel it? Graduations are happening. Father's Day is Sunday (tomorrow). Excitement's sparkles are falling all around us.
Mercury has gone retrograde for the second time of 2007. I've discussed this in former posts so I invite you to browse in the 'history files'. Because the Moon and Uranus were closely interacting with Mercury at the time, their influence will be felt. The Moon will add emotion to the thought process. Uranus will surprise us all with sudden, unexpected 'shocks'. I received a perfectly appropriate e-mail last night indicating some 'disharmony' with the "reciprocal communication habits" of someone connected with a certain school which features prominently in my life. During the last few days things built up, with a surprising dose of reality illuminating the way to the actual much-smaller molehill occurring upon Mercury's about-face. The cords will unravel as the next few weeks progress. It sure was unexpected, though!
Thursday, June 21, is the day of the Summer Solstice! That means a Solstice Parade for Santa Barbarinos! The June solstice provides the northern hemisphere with it's maximum infusion of the solar source.

You may have learned about this in science and astronomy classes. The earth's "spine" does not run straight up and down the way ours are supposed to. There is a tilt. During the period of time we call one year, the earth does the complete circuit around the sun - approximately 360 degrees. The earth also wobbles a bit the way a spinning top does when it tilts! That is the reason for what's called "The Precession of the Equinoxes". Astrologers and skeptics love to discuss this, but because it involves cycles of 26,000 years, most people aren't too driven to peel away the layers of that onion. They don't need to.
I wonder what it's like to be on the North Pole or the South Pole on the Solstices? For one there would be constant sun and light, for the other only darkness. That must look and feel strange.
I suggest that, if possible, you take the next few weeks off, postpone all appointments until after the middle of July, and enjoy the spectacular sunshine that just wants to wrap itself all around you!

Paris Hilton's unexpected return to jail is an example of someone's thinking or decision (Mercury) taking another look at what happened and altering the path to the end of the matter. We also see quite a bit 'revision' and backtracking of the faulty reasoning and thinking of those instigating the Iraq occupation, which is still illegal. The entire attitude of the Bush-Cheney administration regarding truths or secrets is being revealed and revised to try to minimize their damage. If one pays attention, truth and revelation are there for the taking.
Just be aware that schedules or appointments might have to be postponed, plans revised, and repairs might be required by communication or travel devices. Try to be flexible.
I wish you the best, as always! Lulublue

Below is a chart report I wrote for someone born February 17, 1981, at 3:00 a.m. It is a chart that stands out due to the lack of planets in the earth element. Yes, it does happen to be the birthdate of Paris Hilton. Birth times are usually verified by the birth certificate or the word of the mother or a family friend. Acquiring a birth time can be a full-time pursuit in itself. There are some astrologers who are known for their dedication in gaining accurate birth data, such as the late Lois Rodden of AstroDataBank. I saw this birth time on the Internet and after running the chart, felt it could be the correct time. There is much discussion as far as the time of birth of Ms. Hilton. I will be adding bits and pieces to this throughout time. Statements about planets in the houses are only a possibility depending upon the correct time for accuracy. Planets in the sign and aspects to other planets would not change. The cost of a chart like this would be dependent upon the astrologer. I am doing charts and donating 1/3 of the cost to an alternative school in town. The cost for this would be $85.00. It could be directed toward questions of work, health, or romance as well as spirituality and karma. Questions could be e-mailed for answer to be sure the report is a valuable tool. Phone call discussions are always welcome, too. One central point in the Paris Hilton matter is, of course, the situation she finds herself in right now. No, she is probably not managing too well. We all know about her upbringing in the lap of luxury. If the 3 a.m. birth time is correct, 7 of her 10 planetary placements fall in the eastern half of the chart. She is, and has always been, very much in charge of her own life and she makes the decisions. I found myself actually wondering if she even knows that what she did was illegal. Does she know she was busted for driving while under the influence of too much alcohol and that is why she had no license? I'm wondering if a little detail like that might get completely ignored and glossed over in her case...I wouldn't be surprised. George W. Bush has a certain similarity in his chart due to a Moon-Jupiter connection - his being a conjunction (the planets are in nearly the same degree of the 360 of the zodiac). Moon signifies family, early life, heritage, nurturing while Jupiter can signify wealth and power. Jupiter, or Zeus, the Sky God archetype, in my mind is the planetary equivalent to Santa Clause with his sack full of presents! Without earth planets and oppositions in her chart, she doesn't have much in the way of reality's lessons and others' points of view to use in recognizing and building a strong foundation based on wisdom. That Leo Moon is very used to having it's own way, too. I would hope she learns from this ordeal because she could have just as difficult a time when her Saturn Return comes along in mid-October of 2010.
Natal Chart – Sun in Aquarius in 2nd House – conj. Merc. Venus, Mars Sxt. Nep., Trine Pluto
Sun in Aquarius, is the sign known as the water-bearer. The sign is often thought to be a water sign and it’s understandable due to the mythology cited! It is a boy or man in a kneeling position, pouring water from a large urn balancing on his shoulder. The two wavy lines in the glyph are ‘vibrations’, emanations, or ‘consciousness’. The collective unconsciousness or cosmic consciousness also are terms I’ve heard or read. They all fit. Aquarius is an air sign. Air is most comfortable in thought, ideas, learning, and communications.
It is an expressive, electric, giving out quality often called ‘positive’ or ‘masculine’. The energy travels out searching rather than attracting by magnetism and receptivity. Aquarius is extroverted and confident.
Aquarius is the most detached of the air signs, corresponding to the 11th sign/house of the zodiac. It is associated with humanitarian issues, equality, good will, and ‘shocks’ such as revolution or anarchy.
In addition to the air element like Gemini, and Libra, Aquarius is of the fixed modality. Other fixed signs are Taurus, Leo, and Scorpio. Fixity is stable, steady, loyal, and at times can be stubborn, persistent, and unchanging. Fixed air Aquarius is the one who can best apply mental steam directly to a project or challenge. The energy is concentrated in one direction, so to speak. Aquarius is a sign of strength and logic. Friendly but detached, ideals of equality and good will best describe a positive expression of the sign.
The energy is fairly easily brought into the material world in second house matters of one’s resources, values, possessions, and affinities. This house is associated with Venus, who attracts what she needs. Material well-being could be through hard work performed in a non-profit organization, for a progressive or humanitarian interest.
The Sun in Aquarius being joined in a group by Mercury, Venus, and Mars combines the strength of all such as power, communication, beauty or ease in relating to others. These are supported in positive relationships with Neptune and Pluto, bringing even more steady strength and courage through Pluto, and possible spiritual ideals through Neptune. These relationships bring in every house in the chart or area of life of the native, bringing in many gifts, benefits, and ease. Mercury is, however, so close to the Sun, 19 minutes away from exact and just about conjunct, that it is “combust” by the bright, hot solar rays. It is difficult for objectivity in this situation. An absence of opposition aspects in the chart also make it virtually impossible to ‘see the other side’. It’s all about ‘me’. George Harrison’s song entitled “I, Me, Mine” stands as representative of this chart characteristic very easily.
The Moon in Leo – 8th House, conj. North Node, Sxt. Jupiter & Saturn, Quin. Mars, and Sesq. Neptune
The Moon tells us about our ‘inner self’, our needs, and the past. Throughout the history of astrology, the Moon has also been associated with the past life. Native was a man, an artist or performer much admired, in their most recent past life. Their hard work and generosity has earned gifts in this lifetime.
The Moon is moving toward a full moon in this chart. Somebody is waiting for something big to happen. There is a restless expectation to the inner world. The Moon is in the fixed sign of Leo, too. There is a ‘need’ for recognition or attention. There is a fairly certain preoccupation with the self in this chart. Leo tends to be a sign bestowing a youthful quality to the emotions. The native feels like a youngster anxiously waiting for a birthday party to start, the guests arriving with their brightly wrapped gifts! The problem is that it doesn’t begin from “out there”.
Conjunct the North Node in the Eighth house brings an intensity and fated quality to matters concerning other’s resources, death, transformations and rebirth, and sex. One way to interpret these factors could be a dramatic death possibly involving fire or an explosion, bringing the attention of the ‘masses’ or public interest. The Moon in Leo could signify a good quality to life in old age, however, accompanied by loving children, family, and beautiful surroundings. This person has been programmed to gain attention and celebrity. Although the ultimate goal may be hidden from most of us or indeed unknown to all including the native, there is a strong belief in the personality that this is “what I was meant to do”. Entertain, grab attention, glitter, and awe! It was destiny as far as the native is concerned.
That Moon is also supported by opportunities from favors from authority, elders, and other successful, powerful people who see the Leo vulnerability and want to bring ‘fairness’ and ‘justice’ to the native (Jupiter and Saturn in Libra assisting Moon). Moon-Jupiter combinations are very common in the charts of successful, wealthy, or powerful people. It can serve to inflate the ego – being needy. There is most likely a great opportunity to self-improvement and growth, but a bit of work and serious intentions must be admitted to the group with Saturn.
There may be some friction or lack of understanding with men or those of strong independent mindset tending to expect courage where there may not be too much of it. Alcohol or drugs can work to complicate things for the native as far as their reputation or legacy. Illusion and denial of reality can cloud judgment or ability to see the self as one truthfully is.
Sagittarius Ascendant or Rising Sign – Neptune conjunct Asc.
Abundant health, optimism, and resiliency accompany the philosophical, carefree life view. Others may see the native in this light, too. With Neptune, we can see glamour, glitz, escapism, drugs, or spirituality thrown in the mix. Reflection and awareness will go far to keep this person at ground level. With no planets in earth signs, this soul is somewhat out-of-touch with life’s realities as they exist for most of us.
This is not a complete full report. The accuracy of any astrological interpretation or report depends upon exact time of birth and birthplace, as well as birthdate. Even a few minutes off the time can affect the forecasting or planning of events by a year! There are many different techniques to use, but they all demand the exact facts, just the facts!
