There is a slight curiosity that takes hold of me when the gossip begins. But in the case of Anna Nicole Smith and Britney Spears, my heart softens. Britney Spears was born in early December when the sun was in the sign of Sagittarius. I was, too. Anna Nicole Smith was born in late November while the sun was going through Sagittarius. (Not in the same years, same place, or same time!)
The drive of a Sagittarian is summed up by these words: "Bigger, More, Higher, Better"
Sagittarians feel an inner prompting to continue in their quest - an example might be regarding wisdom. There is a continual search for the answers to the big questions of life. Why am I here? What is my piece of the puzzle?
Aiming at the answers through involvement in law, philosophy, or religion will hopefully end with the arrow firmly scoring a bull's eye. In a destructive way, the search can bring on drug addiction, alcoholism, gambling, and disease through over indulgence.
It seems to me that Ms. Spears is looking for a new identity. When I was faced with a divorce, my first impulse was to get a nose job and bigger boobs! Fortunately, I came back to earth and did not do anything drastic to my appearance. The possibility of cosmetic surgery gone bad has always kept me from seriously thinking about it.
I would like to see Britney start using a philosophy of the 7th generation; certain Native Americans consider how their great (7 times) grandchildren would view the actions taken at this time. Ask yourself, would it be OK for my future generations to know about this decision? Would they be proud, ashamed, or change their name? ;-) That will probably direct you to the proper path. Our Creator is there if you need help, too. Even without much time, guidance can ring the inner bell for you by opening a sacred text such as the Bible to a random page. Which line gets your attention? You just might have your answer right there.
